  • Welcome to the FRIENDS OF HOLLY HILL FARM program registration site!  


  • NOTE:  Membership is good for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase.  Do not pay attention to the "expiration" date on this program site.  This was purely used by this system to date-stamp the end date of a program your child registered for in the past.  Your membership is always good for one full year from the date of purchase.  If you wish to renew your membership you must do so our our main website here.

    Please read important instructions BELOW prior to registering.  Even if you have registered before, we recommend reviewing.

INSTRUCTIONS: 
Read the information below before registering to help make the process as easy as possible. 


NEW USERS
Every household/family MUST set up a NEW ACCOUNT here first before beginning.  This applies to teen and children's programming. 
  • Set up profiles for ALL your household members and upload their required medical letters.
  • Our Winter, Spring and Fall programs may require you add a membership to your cart.  Even if you are a current member. The program page you are registering for will let you know if you need to do this. And will provide you with the promo code you use at check out to waive the fee.   Summer programs do NOT require this extra step.  
  • Save your login.  You will use this for future registrations or to go back and edit any information you need.  You can also reset your password if you forget it.

RETURNING USERS
Enter user name and password.  You can request a reset if you have forgotten yours.
You may be required to re-load documents you have in the past as they do expire, so be prepared to have them on hand if needed.  


WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER

  • Annual physical and immunization forms  (JPG, PNG, DOC, DOCX and PDF files accepted) - even if you have in the past if yours expired in our system you will need to upload. They must be dated less than 18 months from end of your child's program date.  
  • Emergency and pick up contact info
  • Complete 5 short MEDICAL FORM.  
  • Complete t-shirt size form (summer programs only)
  • Credit card

SCHOLARSHIP INFO:
To request interest in a scholarship, please submit a Scholarship Form.  You will find this on the "FORM" tab above. Families are contacted once reviewed.   


ALL USERS - MEMBERSHIP

  • Most, but not all, of our programs require a current Family Level Membership.  Memberships can be purchased on our main website JOIN/RENEW HERE
  • The seasonal program page you are registering for will provide you with registration instructions and member requirements that you will follow to complete your registration. (i.e. Winter Programs, Spring Programs, Summer Programs, etc...) 
  • Membership is good for one year from the date of purchase.  Do not pay attention to the "expiration" date provided on this program site.  This is an arbitrary date, based on the duration of the educational program you may have signed up for (now or in the past).  Your membership with Friends of Holly Hill Farm is good for one year from date of purchase, no matter how you purchased it and our office oversees all memberships. 
  • Please contact our office is you have questions about your membership, or if you paid the fee and need it waived/refunded


OTHER INFO:
  • Do not hit backspace or refresh when you are proceeding to check out.  You may lose your order.  
  • Our registration site is more user-friendly on a desktop vs a cell phone.
  • If your child does not meet the age/grade requirements but you would like to inquire about registering them please Email our Education Director, Bruce Frost.  The system will not allow children who do not meet the requirements to register.  If approved by our ED, our office will manually complete your registration.
  • Any discounts for siblings or waived membership fees will happen at time of check out
  • If you are having trouble checking out:  Did you upload your child's annual physical letter/immunizations?  Did you complete the required 5 question MEDICAL FORM?  Did you add the membership (not required on this site for summer 2023)?  If you forgot any of these steps, that is likely the issue.
